Customer Service Manager

The Customer Service Manager attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfil customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Should have a degree in IT or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution and minimum 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field. Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions require exercising independent judgment. Reports to the managing director. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.


Job functions

  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments

Sales and Marketing Manager

Direct and oversee an organization's sales policies, objectives and initiatives. Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs. Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way.


Responsibilities

  • Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
  • Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans

Key Client Coordinator

Coordinates projects from pre-sales to completion, or a sub-part of the project cycle, for assigned client(s). Under the direction of the project team and/or Management serves as a day-to-day contact for clients, internal departments, and vendors. Resolves straightforward problems using established procedures. Maintains client relationships by ensuring the delivery of high quality services and solutions


Responsibilities

Client Experience

  • Serves as the main day-to-day contact on current projects for clients, suppliers, external partners, and Client Growth teams; provides timely responses to all inquires.
  • Attends client meetings as needed; familiar with processes, capacity, timelines, etc.
  • Ensures high quality standards in all client deliverables.

  • Operational Excellence

  • Effectively coordinates client-specific projects throughout the lifecycle, including demonstrations, proposals creation, selection of appropriate solutions and modules, assignment of resources, monitoring project progress, and generation of the client/project invoice.
  • Translates client requests and requirements into detailed and technical instructions for project teams.
  • Partners with the client, project and support teams to resolve identified project issues.

Software Support Engineer



We are looking for right candidates to play leading roles in our customer support team. This role will manage all customer services and technical support functions for myPOS installations both local and overseas. Successful candidates will have experience in building and managing customer service / technical support functions within a successful software solutions company. He/She will work efficiently and effectively with the management team throughout the product life cycle. In addition, this role will work closely with the sales organization to ensure the field is equipped to win. This role requires a blend of customer service / technical support expertise, dedication to excellence, and good judgment.

Required Skills
