  • myQueueManager will release tokens via myCheckout module and queue all the tokens released so that all users are aware about the number of customers waiting for the services. Users can recall the tokens from the pending list and the system will “call out” and “display calling numbers” via the organizations public announcement (PA) system.

    Calling token numbers will be displayed in the LCD displays and the customers will be addressed via the PA. System will keep track on the token issue time, time token called for service, invoiced time so that it can evaluate the efficiency of the service staff and monitor performance.
