mySubs manages all the functionalities of a subscription based members only club or an organization. System is fully capable of managing and maintaining all the activities of a member from the time of registration to the resigning where thousands of transactions, payments and other actions are involved.

It summarizes all the transactions of a member into a detailed monthly bill (statement) so that the member will get the itemized bill at the end of the month. System integrates all functions into single operating unit avoiding duplicate entries whilst enabling users to have “on-line” information about key areas of the club.

This gives much greater flexibility and control over functions such as recipe based inventory monitoring, member credit monitoring, stewards and cashiers activities, etc.
